"Rosa's pottery throwing weekend is a lovely way to spend a couple of days, immersed in Anglo-Danish Hygge, in a big way! From staying at the family home (which is fabulous), to being invited to join the family for a brief snippet of their lives - meal times (fabulously delicious too, by the way), tea breaks, and, of course, the stunning sleeping accomodation, this experience is laced with natural warmth and inclusiveness throughout. From the moment one arrives until it's time to reluctantly leave, the whole family embraces their guests and leaves everyone feeling welcome and nothing other than Hygge!
... And this is all before we get started on her lessons! She is a great teacher and her natural ability and sterling knowledge in pottery transfers though to her students, allowing them to explore and learn, enhance and polish. Her fun character is a joy to be around and makes the engagement all the more personal. A lovely experience indeed.
For the perfect getaway and excuse to totally switch off from the outside world, her weekend is tailor made to do just this. Highly recommended and thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Rosa and family.
Can't wait to get my pots back to round off the experience completely, and rekindle the most delightful of memories once again.

"Rosa's weekend residential pottery course is like no other! From the moment we arrived to leaving for home we were treated to total care and consideration... the home is so beautiful and warm and all the rooms offer comfort! What can I not say about Gary and his home cooked food... I seriously smiled all the way through each meal... Rosa's personality is infectious and she spends so much care and time teaching you how to create your pottery of choice... even if you think you can't, you will! because she makes it easy to learn and makes it fun too! I think a weekend is so much better to learn and truly engross yourself in pottery, plus you meet lovely fellow potters!! All a bonus! I would recommend this weekend course to everyone and anyone and will hopefully be back soon!"
